Direct Support Professional (DSP) -

Poconos, PA Pay:

$25.00/hour

Schedule:

Approximately 10 hours per week, with opportunity for increased hours Common Ground Connections is seeking a dependable, motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide employment support to an adult with an intellectual disability in the Poconos area. The DSP will work 1:1 with the individual to help them obtain meaningful employment, develop workplace skills, and successfully maintain employment over time.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with job searching and identifying appropriate employment opportunities Supporting completion of applications and preparation for interviews Helping develop workplace readiness, communication, and professional skills Providing job coaching and support once employment is obtained Helping the individual navigate workplace expectations and routines Supporting long-term employment success and independence Completing required documentation and communicating with the support team

Position Details:

Requirements:
