Miracle Makers Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality, person-centered support to adults with intellectual disabilities through Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). Position Overview As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals in achieving greater independence and living their best lives. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, community participation, personal goals, and providing companionship and meaningful support based on each individual's needs and preferences. • After the first 50 hours: $500
• At 100 total hours: An additional $500
• At 1,000 total hours: An additional $1,000
