Job Description

Round Hill Services is a human services provider based in Lancaster, PA who utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as our foundation in treatment and program development. The candidate would perform duties as a Direct Support Professional and/or Employment Support Specialist. Under the programming and support of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts, we have a team dedicated to growth, support, and excellence in service delivery. We serve young adults in the Lancaster, Lebanon, and Dauphin counties. Our dedicated staff thrive in an environment of BCBA leadership support with a low client to staff ratio.
Direct Support Professional minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or other human services-related field, and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Highly compassionate and patient. Energetic and Goal-Oriented. Ability to implement crisis intervention strategies and perform well under pressure in high-stress situations. Ability to work as part of a
Team:
communicate effectively, accept and provide feedback, and adhere to program operations Strong critical thinking abilities, able to problem-solve independently and with the team. Possesses a basic understanding of client-centered approaches. Experience/training in American Sign Language or willingness to learn. Reliable Transportation and Driver's License. Ability to pass a drug screen.
Job Description:
Optimal opportunity to gain exposure to ABA to learn in a mentoring environment. Opportunity for future BCBA-supervised fieldwork. Focus for staff is on Skill Development, Behavior Management, and Dedication to Success. Provide 1:1 or 2:1 habilitation service, implementing a variety of skill acquisition and behavior management programs for an Individual with Autism/IDD in their home and community Conduct clinical observations and collection of skill acquisition and target behavior data Assist the Individual in developing adaptive social skills and improving their level of independence
Work Schedule:
List Shifts. Weekend 10% differential pay. Ability to work with class schedules. Drug test, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Clearances, and Driver's Background check are all included in the hiring process. $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
