A Home Health Aide helps individuals who are disabled, elderly, or chronically ill with daily tasks, such as dressing, washing, and light housekeeping. They can care for patients in their homes or other healthcare settings, and may perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require more comprehensive agency-approved training programs.

The candidate would perform duties as a Direct Support Professional and/or Employment Support Specialist. Direct Support Professional minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or other human services-related field, and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Highly compassionate and patient. Energetic and Goal-Oriented. Ability to implement crisis intervention strategies and perform well under pressure in high-stress situations. Work Schedule:
List Shifts. Weekend 10% differential pay. Ability to work with class schedules. Drug test, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Clearances, and Driver's Background check are all included in the hiring process.
