Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We're seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support and care in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday 11:00pm-7:00am
Total:
FT 24hrs./wk.
What You'll Do:
Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients. Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills. Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation. Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports. Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation. Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively. Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.\ Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
Qualifications:
18 years or older Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver's License and insurable under company policy EOE
