NADD Certified or Bachelor's Degree Required Pay:
$23.00/hour starting wage
Increase:
$1.50/hour raise after 6 months based on satisfactory performance
Position:
Part-Time with potential for Full-Time after 6 months
Additional Benefits:
Paid training and mileage reimbursement
Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Enhanced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral support needs in community and home-based settings.
Candidates must possess either:
A current NADD Certification, or A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and community-based services. Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence. Implement behavior support strategies and service plans. Complete required documentation and progress notes. Support community integration, daily living skills, and recreational activities. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements:
NADD Certification or Bachelor's degree in a qualifying Human Services field. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Ability to complete all required clearances and agency training. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.
