We offer Full-time, Part-time, hours with many flexible shift options that will work for you, ex. mornings, afternoons, nights. As DSP, you will: Provide residents with individualized care in one of our group homes Support clients in daily routines, hobbies, appointments, and outings including shopping and attending community events Assist with meal prep, household chores, and personal hygiene, and medication administration Provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling Enable improvement in areas like personal responsibility, social skills, community living skills and behavior. Build relationships with clients and families Accurately document services and complete monthly required trainings You'll be more than a caregiver. Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable means of transportation Valid driver's license Ability to pass required background checks, MVR, physical, TB, and drug screening Prior experience is preferred but not required! All training is paid for and provided by LCARC prior to starting.
