Description Ezeflow USA, Inc. - Flowline Division is seeking an experienced, motivated Plate Roller to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA. The Plate Roler role plays a key part in our production process. In this role, you set up and operate the plate roller machine to form metal into cylindrical, conical, and custom-shaped components to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Davi Industrial Plate Roll and Bending Machine or similar machine, previous manufacturing experience, excellent measuring skills, and forklift experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Set up and operate plate rolling machinery to roll steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal alloys to specified dimensions and tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and fabrication specifications
Perform layout, fit-up verification, and dimensional inspections throughout the rolling process
Utilize precision measuring instruments including tape measures, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, protractors, squares, and laser measuring devices
Maintain dimensional accuracy and ensure all products meet customer and quality requirements
Understand and compensate for varying material characteristics including yield strength, hardness, spring back, thickness, and alloy composition
Operate grinding equipment to prepare material, remove defects, smooth surfaces, and achieve required finishes
Utilize CNC controls to input, modify, and verify machine programs as required
Conduct quality inspections and document measurement results
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Work Schedule:
First Shift:
primarily Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Opportunity to move to four (4) ten (10) hour shifts after training (Monday-Thursday)
Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations

Qualifications Qualifications:
Previous plate rolling experience preferred
Advanced measuring skills
Strong understanding of metal properties
Proficiency with grinding equipment
Working knowledge of CNC-controlled machinery
