Job Summary Senior Care Concierge is hiring experienced Concierge Care Partners to provide high-quality, personalized support to older adults in the comfort of their homes. We are not your average home care agency. Senior Care Concierge is a boutique, nurse-led senior care service created for families who value professionalism, consistency, dignity, and a higher standard of care. This role is ideal for a dependable, compassionate, and polished caregiver who takes pride in providing thoughtful, respectful support. Our Care Partners assist clients with daily routines while helping them feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for with warmth and attention to detail. Exceptional care is more than completing tasks. It is about trust, consistency, communication, discretion, and bringing a calm, professional presence into each client's home. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful support to clients in their homes. Assist with activities of daily living, which may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and transfers based on the client's individualized care plan. Offer companionship, conversation, emotional support, and meaningful engagement. Assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care, including tidying, laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Prepare light meals or snacks based on the client's preferences and needs. Provide medication reminders as directed in the client's care plan. Support clients with safe mobility, fall prevention, and general safety awareness in the home. Communicate professionally with the client, family, and Senior Care Concierge regarding changes in condition, concerns, or updates. Follow written care instructions and provide consistent, reliable support. Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times. Represent Senior Care Concierge with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Requirements & Professional Standards Prior caregiving experience is required. Experience may include private duty care, home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, CNA/HHA work, personal care, or a similar senior care setting. Applicants must be dependable, punctual, well-presented, and able to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and the Senior Care Concierge team. Applicants must be comfortable assisting with personal care, companionship, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and client safety based on the individualized care plan. Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, fall prevention, transfers, Hoyer lift use, and higher-needs clients is strongly preferred. Care Partners must be able to follow written care instructions, maintain professional boundaries, protect client privacy, and report changes or concerns promptly. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a working phone, and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Applicants must be able to pass required background checks, provide professional references, and complete all onboarding requirements before being placed with a client.
