Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes, Or pediatrics at school.
- Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Help with light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals
- Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in nursing home systems is preferred
- Ability to take vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with medical records and medical terminology
- Strong caregiving skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals for clients
