Join our team as a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independently, safely, and meaningfully in their community. 📅 Weekend Schedule Saturday & Sunday — weekly or bi-weekly

- 7:00 AM ❤️ What You'll Do As a Residential DSP, you'll provide hands-on support and companionship to individuals in a community-based residential home.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, mobility, and household routines. Support individuals with their personalized care and support plans. Encourage participation in community activities, recreation, education, and employment. Promote independence, dignity, choice, and self-confidence. Monitor health and safety and report concerns or changes appropriately. Provide medication support as trained and authorized. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Work collaboratively with families, healthcare providers, and other members of the support team. ⭐
What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or similar populations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable and able to work independently. Ability to successfully complete required background checks and health screenings. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Preferred:
Previous DSP or residential care experience. DSP certification or related credential. Experience with person-centered planning or behavior support.
