POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a compassionate, dependable individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We're hiring Live-In Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care, support, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.) Assist with medication administration Drive individuals to appointments, social activities, and community outings Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment Document services provided and monitored progress toward individual goals Be a role model and advocate for independence and dignity EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
: Strong communication skills and a caring attitude Ability to work flexible hours and live on-site during scheduled shifts. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Must pass background check and drug screening Experience with 6400 regulations is a plus Successful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
