Job Summary AMP Residential is seeking a dedicated and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health and clinical support to individuals with complex needs, including developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health challenges. Rate of pay:
Base Rate for all placements: $17.00 - 17.50/hr depending on experience.
Placement in select homes:

Requirements for hire:
AMP requires a 6-8 day in-person orientation, 8:30am-3:30pm. All training dates must be attended. No days can be missed. Additionally, once hired you must attend all monthly meetings, quarterly 8-hour in person trainings, and annual trainings as required by 6100 / 6400 regulations. Required Qualifications Valid Drivers License Access to a personal Vehicle that can be used daily Minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma The ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. Be able to attend all required in-person orientation dates.

$17.00 - $22.50 per hour
