We have residences in:
Penn Hills, Wilkinsburg, Homestead, Braddock Hills, Verona, & New Kensington and are hiring for both full-time and part-time shifts. Job Summary AMP Residential is seeking a dedicated and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health and clinical support to individuals with complex needs, including developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health challenges. We need energetic staff that are willing to learn and/or use their experience and make a difference in a person's life.
Rate of pay:
Base Rate for all placements: $17.00 - 17.50/hr depending on experience.
Placement in select homes:
up to $22.50/hr Additional Weekend Differentials - Up to $5/hr We have paid training and a great work environment. $1,000 retention bonus and an unlimited $500 referral bonus. AMP is hiring for the following shifts for this specific position: Part-time, 10am-12am Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Full-Day Shift) Part-time, 12am-10am Friday & Saturday (Weekend Awake Overnight Shift) Part-time, 10am - 4pm Saturday & Sunday (Weekend Support Shift) Part-time, 10am-8pm Saturday & Sunday (Weekend Support Shift) Part-time, 10am-4pm Saturday & Sunday (Weekend Support Shift) Part-time, 12pm - 5pm Saturday (Weekend Support shift)
Note:
Weekend shifts may be combined with certain weekday openings to give employees full-time hours.
Requirements for hire:
AMP requires a 6-8 day in-person orientation, 8:30am-3:30pm. All training dates must be attended. No days can be missed. Additionally, once hired you must attend all monthly meetings, quarterly 8-hour in person trainings, and annual trainings as required by 6100 / 6400 regulations. Required Qualifications Valid Drivers License Access to a personal Vehicle that can be used daily Minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma The ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. Be able to attend all required in-person orientation dates.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.50 per hour
