As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you'll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You'll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms. What We're Looking For in Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP): 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities High school diploma or equivalent (18+) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area What You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP): Support daily routines like dressing, grooming, and personal care Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful social interaction Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation Help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities Compensation & Schedule Starting at $18/hour Flexible PRN scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home Mileage reimbursement options available
