Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes.. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to observe and report on client conditions effectively. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients as necessary.
Observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior and report findings
Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs as required.
Support clients in engaging with their home community care programs or activities.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
The ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements. Skills Experience in home care environments is preferred.
Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
