Jento Solutions is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support in a group home setting in Sellersville, PA. This position requires experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities , mental health diagnoses , and individuals who require mobility assistance. Available Shifts 7:00 AM•3:00 PM 3:00 PM•11:00

PM Weekend Shifts:

9:00 AM•9:00 PM or 8:00 AM•8:00 PM Overnight Weekend Shifts Required Experience Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs Experience using Hoyer lifts (required) Experience assisting individuals who use wheelchairs Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living and personal care Support individuals in achieving greater independence Follow individualized care plans Document services provided and communicate with supervisors Maintain a safe and supportive environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Jento Solutions?
