What You'll Do:

? Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement ? Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual. ? Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential. ? Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination. ?

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass criminal background clearances
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills ?

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to assist individuals with getting up, walking, and moving by lifting or guiding when necessary.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more at times.
