The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assisted living or residential care environments, with a focus on enhancing quality of life through personalized assistance. Duties Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) Implement behavior management strategies tailored to individuals with cognitive disabilities. Prepare or assist residents during meal times to promote independence. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems and communicate effectively with teams. Drive when necessary using standard passenger cars for appointments or community outings, ensuring safety at all times. Skills Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and healthcare professionals effectively.
