Defying All Odds:
Direct Support Professional Part-time Defying All Odds is rewarding place to work providing services to adults with IDD. At Defying All Odds our goal is do just that, defy the odds. Defying All Odds is an agency providing person-centered services to individuals that are dual diagnosed with an intellectual disorder and mental health disorder. We will be involved in the general supervision, care, and activities for the Individuals in the home and / or in the community in keeping with the overall vision and mission of Defying All Odds. DSPs will go to individuals homes and work with the Individuals. All the homes are in York County. DSPs help Individuals to complete daily tasks, while being supportive of their needs. Also, varied shifts and some travel within the county are required.Requirements:
Education- High school diploma or GE, college degree in a human services field preferred. Age
- Eighteen years of age or older. Ability to drive
- Valid PA Driver's license Clearances
- State Police Clearance and FBI Clearance Ability to read, speak, and write English.
