Job Description

Compensation from $13.50 to $14.50/hour - plus additional differential!
Status/Shift:

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older, unless Active on PA Nurse Aide Registry High school diploma or equivalent required, unless Active on
PA Nurse Aide Registry Skills/Experience:
Previous experience working with older adults preferred Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication skills Excellent customer service Positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Capable of working independently and as a team
Expectations:
Assists residents in all activities of daily living and independent activities of daily living. Responds to all resident requests for assistance and/or call bells. Observes residents and reports changes in condition to the appropriate team members. Communicates and documents services provided to residents. Performs basic care procedures. Assists with transportation of residents to outside appointments. Initiates and completes appropriate resident activities. May assist with mealtimes.
