Part-Time Support Broker - Central New Jersey Eiros Group is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and compassionate Supports Broker to serve individuals throughout Central New Jersey. The Support Broker works directly with individuals and their supporters to help them identify and achieve personal goals, build community connections, explore opportunities, and work toward independence. Responsibilities Build positive relationships with individuals and understand their goals, interests, and support needs. Develop action plans with individuals and their supporters. Manage a caseload of approximately 5-15 individuals based on their needs and scheduled hours. Meet weekly with individuals by Zoom or in person, based on their preference. Participate in weekly meetings with administrators to provide updates and resolve issues. Assist individuals with creating job descriptions and job postings for staff they wish to hire. Support the hiring process for Self-Directed Employees (SDEs) and assist with DSP onboarding. Identify volunteer, recreational, and other community opportunities. Assist with long-term planning, budgeting, housing and person-centered planning tools. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Central New Jersey area. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. Flexible scheduling is available.
