Job Description
HOURLY RATE
- $20/hr
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Provide care and support to homeless individuals and/or Families in homeless shelter.
- Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication, and socialization skills
- Implement person-centered activities and goals that create and maintain a supportive environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and reports that meet State and federal requirements
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with homeless or mental health population in a health care setting
- Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required
- Must possess a valid driver's license to transport Individuals as needed
