Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Every client is different. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain cleanliness in the client's living space, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information. Qualifications Previous experience in home health care or similar caregiving roles is preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation is advantageous. CPR certification is required; additional certifications in catheter care or long-term care experience are a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
