Job Description
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals with disabilities or health issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning clients Please note that previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant is preferred but not required.
