Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.Duties:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations

- Empathy and compassion for others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail in providing care and documenting observations
