Job Description
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help patients with mobility issues and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team
- Ensure patients' safety and well-being at all times
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals Qualifications
- Experience or interest in working with geriatric patients
- Familiarity with medical-surgical, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine environments
- Ability to work effectively in outpatient clinics and trauma centers
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Compassionate nature and a desire to provide high-quality care
