Full-Time, Every 4th weekend off
Location:
Summerville, SC Shifts:
2:45 PM•11:15 PM (Mid Shift), 10:45 PM•7:15 AM (Overnight Shift)
Pay Rate:

Job Description & Requirements:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Ensure the health and safety of each consumer by adhering to all individualized behavior support plans (BSP), dining protocols, lifting protocols, and training/service programs outlined in their support plan. Serve as an essential employee, expected to work overtime as needed to maintain safety and supervision during special activities or inclement weather. Report to duty as defined in agency policy and procedures and assume accountability for the consumers assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 21 years old or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from AHA or the American Red Cross Drug screen Experience working with individuals with substance abuse diagnoses and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred Our Culture There are a few things we look for across all hires at ATC, regardless of role or team.
