Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores Support transportation needs and encourage community involvement Follow detailed care and support plans to promote independence and personal choice Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful residential environment Accurately document care services and observations Respond calmly and effectively during emergencies, including severe weather or disasters Lift and assist with physical support up to 50 lbs Why This Role?
