(PCA) for West Columbia , South Carolina Area Heavenly Divine Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide hands-on personal care services to a client in the Columbia, SC area .

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene Assist with dressing and grooming Provide toileting and incontinence care assistance Assist with transfers, positioning, walking, and mobility Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide oral care and routine personal hygiene assistance Assist with meals as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment within the client's immediate care area Observe and report any changes or concerns regarding the client Follow the established plan of care and agency policies Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional hands-on care

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience providing personal care or caregiving services preferred Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care Ability to assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and mobility Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and respect for clients Ability to follow instructions and an established plan of care Good communication and interpersonal skills Must maintain professionalism and client confidentiality Must be able to work scheduled shifts consistently Must meet all agency employment and screening requirements
