Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable professional to support the daily well-being, comfort, and safety of residents in a collaborative care environment. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, encourage independence, and help create a respectful, positive experience for each resident. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Provide companionship and promote a warm, supportive, and respectful environment. Support residents with meals, hydration, and other routine daily needs. Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or comfort levels to the appropriate team members. Follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures. Help maintain clean, organized, and safe resident living spaces. Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner according to facility procedures. Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in resident care, caregiving, or a similar support role is helpful. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and care plans. Physical ability to assist with resident transfers, mobility, and daily care tasks as needed. Preferred Skills Experience working in a senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care setting. Familiarity with documenting care services and observing resident changes.
