Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to patients in various home settings, providing support with daily living activities and helps individuals maintain their independence . Responsibilities Personal Hygiene Assistance , Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Mobility Assistance, Aiding with transfers, walking, and position to ensure comfort and safety. Meal Preparation, Preparing nutritious meals, assisting with feeding, and ensuring proper hydration. Housekeeping , Light housekeeping tasks suck as cleaning, laundry and organizing to maintain safe and tidy living space. Medication Reminders, Reminding the client to take prescribed medication at the right times(they do not administer medications) Companionship, Offering emotional support, social interactions, and engaging in activities to reduce loneliness and improve quality of life. Transportation, Assisting with getting to appointments, grocery shopping, or running errands. Monitoring Well-being , Observing changes in the client's condition and reporting any concerns. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
