What Your Shift Looks Like Weekends are for outings, favorite activities, and a little more breathing room in the schedule — and you're right in the middle of it. Whether it's a trip to the park, a movie afternoon, or just a good, easy Saturday, you're helping make it happen. What You'll Actually Do Help residents with daily living dressing, hygiene, meals with patience and respect Lead or support weekend outings and recreational activities Follow individual support plans (we'll train you on this) Handle medications as certified, or assist with reminders Keep good notes throughout the shift Keep the home running smoothly all weekend Talk to your team like teammates, because that's what you are What We're Looking For A high school diploma or GED 18+ years old A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test Caregiving experience is a plus heart is a requirement Medication Administration Certification CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to get certified Someone dependable who treats people the way they'd want their own family treated Availability for full 12-hour weekend shifts Why You'll Want to Stay Weekdays off.
