Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and skilled Caregiver trained in Hoyer Lift operation to join their dedicated team in Clarksville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who depend on quality, hands-on care every day. We are looking for a Caregiver who is skilled in Hoyer lIft. Responsibilities:

Safely operate Hoyer Lift and other transfer equipment to assist clients with mobility and positioning Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and dignity Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Build trusting, compassionate relationships with clients and their families Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

Hands-on experience and training with Hoyer Lift and mechanical transfer devices required Prior caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or certified nursing assistant (CNA) experience preferred Ability to assist with transfers, repositioning, and physical patient handling Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Clarksville, TN area Must pass background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
