Job Description

Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 7-40 with developmental disabilities.
Current shifts available:
Full-time-Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm (30 hrs/week) Part-time floater-Sat and Sun 8 hour shifts each day (16 hrs/week) PRN -to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary Job duties include: Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism Assisting clients with daily living skills Ensuring that clients are participating in planned activities No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
What we need from you:
Valid driver's license required -We do lots of events and field trips on the weekend. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients. Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Employee should make employer aware of any request for accommodations in a timely manner, either upon hire or as soon as need for accommodation arises.
