Starting at $15/hour, based on client needs RR&R Homecare is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dependable In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to provide non-medical homecare services for a client in Red Boiling Springs, TN . This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for part-time hours and a flexible schedule . Caregiver Responsibilities The caregiver will provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including: Personal care Mobility and walking assistance Safety supervision and fall prevention Meal preparation Light cleaning Laundry Grocery shopping and errands as needed Providing companionship and supportive care Following the client's care plan and maintaining a safe home environment Qualifications Previous caregiving, personal care, homecare, CNA, HHA, or PCA experience preferred but not required Experience assisting with activities of daily living preferred Must be dependable and punctual Must be comfortable providing personal care and incontinence assistance Must be comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers Compassionate and respectful attitude Ability to follow a person-centered care plan Reliable transportation to the client's home Ability to pass required background and employment screenings Why Work With RR&R Homecare?
