Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$16.00hr - $17.25hr Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Schedule:

1st shift: 7am - 3pm (working days vary)

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

Responsible for only (2) two individuals Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding). Implement Person Centered Support Plans (PCSP) Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation. Accompany person supported to medical appointments. Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.

Direct Support Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License High School Diploma/GED I9 Identification (Social Security Card, Passport, etc.) Required to walk or stand regularly Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to crawl, kneel, climb, stop and squat Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English Direct Support Professional (DSP)
