As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll build meaningful relationships, support daily activities, and make a positive impact every single day. What You'll Do Provide hands-on support with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living activities. Teach and encourage independence and life skills. Coach, mentor, and advocate for the individuals we support. Create a safe, positive, and welcoming home environment. Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings. Document progress and work closely with a supportive team. What You'll Need Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs up to 50 lbs .
