Responsibilities and Duties Provides support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community and to be more independent. Oversees the health and safety of all individuals at all times Reports any changes in health or behavioral status immediately Implements training, therapy and behavior programs and required paperwork. Assists with ensuring that the home or program offers choice. Performs all duties in compliance with state and federal guidelines, agency directives, licensing standards, and policies Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Must successfully complete the mandatory Background Check and Drug Screening Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds Must possess basic computer skills Must possess good oral and written skills Must be at least 18 years old BenefitsBenefits are available to those that qualify:
