As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include: Accurate and timely administration of medications; Ensuring a safe and tidy home through light housekeeping; Preparing meals according to the menu provided; Providing essential support with activities of daily living ; Transporting residents to and from community activities and events, directly contributing to their social inclusion and well-being.
