This is more than a clinical support position. We are looking for someone who understands that customer service is a priority and that every interaction contributes to a patient's overall experience. Your Day-to-Day Partner with doctors to provide efficient, high-quality chairside support Prepare treatment areas, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures Capture digital X-rays and maintain complete and accurate clinical records Assist with general dentistry, restorative procedures, Invisalign, and other clinical services Follow established sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols Help maintain an organized, fully prepared clinical environment Support smooth patient flow and communicate with the team throughout the day Explain procedures and provide patients with clear, professional guidance Help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit Deliver friendly, professional service from the moment the patient enters the office through the completion of their appointment Work closely with doctors, clinical team members, and the front office to create a seamless patient experience What You Bring Active Texas RDA license required Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous dental assisting experience required Open Dental experience required Strong chairside assisting and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine commitment to patient service and satisfaction Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Ability to take direction from strong clinical and operational leaders Schedule Monday through Saturday availability required.
