Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Texas Urogynecology Associates is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative urogynecology team led by Michael E. Carley, MD. This is a clinic-based, non-operative role supporting patients in Dallas and Waxahachie. The PA will practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams.

3 physicians 6 APPs No first assist responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams Diagnose and manage urogynecologic conditions Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies Perform in-office procedures, including: Bladder instillations Pelvic floor therapy with electrical stimulation Pessary fittings Vaginal swabs Urine specimen processing Urethral catheterization Provide patient education and counseling Manage pre
•and post-procedure care Maintain accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Key Success Factors Strong clinical judgment and autonomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail Ability to manage a fast-paced clinic environment Proficiency with EMR and productivity tools Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active Texas PA license NCCPA certification BLS certification within 30 days
Preferred:
