Job Description:
CareBuilders at Home is looking for a Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for our clients. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide companionship and support to patients. Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks. Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring. Monitor client s health status and report any changes to the supervisor. Transport clients to medical appointments and errands. Skills and Qualifications of the Home Health Aide (HHA): High school diploma or GED At least 3 years experience working at a Home Health Aide On-the-job training or certification for home health aides preferred
