This role is essential in providing support to our team and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping others in the healthcare field. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Handle one phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.. Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to important information. Ensure employee and cleint are within compliance always. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with clients and staffs. Assist in Medicare patient, compliance. Utilize HHAExchange+ and TMHP for bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and payment tracking. Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate communication between staff and clients. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Admission completion and tracking. Experience in HHAExchange+, EVV Clock in/out system, Medicaid claims Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry is essential. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous. Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing schedules and administrative tasks efficiently.
