We serve seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, pregnant women who need assistance with daily activities, and mothers who need non-medical postpartum support. We are seeking caring, reliable, and professional Caregivers/Personal Care Attendants who are passionate about helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing respectful, person-centered care. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide mobility assistance, walking support, transfers, and fall-prevention support. Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed. Provide companionship, conversation, supervision, and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization. Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments when assigned. Provide medication reminders only; caregivers do not administer medications. Support clients living with dementia, memory loss, or disabilities using calm and respectful care. Provide non-medical pregnancy support, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, appointment reminders, and assistance with daily activities. Provide non-medical postpartum support focused on the mother, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, rest support, errands, and assistance with personal daily needs. Observe and promptly report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or home environment. Complete accurate visit notes and service documentation. Follow the client's individualized care plan and agency policies. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for each client's preferences and dignity. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver, PCA, HHA, CNA, direct support professional, or in a related role is preferred but not required. Pregnancy, postpartum, dementia, disability, or senior-care experience is a plus. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow written care plans and document services accurately. Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers, depending on the client assignment. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to pass required background checks. CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain if required.
