Bayes Achievement Center - Huntsville, TX Full-Time | $17.50/hour | Paid Training | No Experience Required Start a Rewarding Career Helping Youth with Special Needs Join Bayes Achievement Center as a Behavior Support Mentor / Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a daily impact supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs. This is an entry-level role with paid training, perfect for candidates interested in education, behavioral health, mental health, or social services careers. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Provide behavioral support and mentoring to youth with special needs Assist teachers with classroom support and instruction Use de-escalation and behavior management techniques Support daily routines in a residential setting (meals, hygiene, chores) Build positive relationships and promote social-emotional development Schedule (Work-Life Balance) 12-hour shifts on a rotating Pitman schedule
Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:30
PM Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every other weekend off + more full days off each month
Pay & Benefits Pay:
