Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Help clients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and repositioning
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate personnel

  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Patience and empathy when working with clients
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
Requirements:
  • Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
  • Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Physical endurance to complete required tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
