Note:

This is a part-time permanent position available in the Laredo. Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate Home Care Aide provider to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in patients residences. Perform domestic and household tasks. Accompany patients to doctor's office or to hospital when needed. Administer simple prescribed medications. Assist with client's personal care activities. Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition. Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises. Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. Assisting the patient with cleaning and laundry. Purchasing groceries and household products, as well as preparing breakfasts and lunches. Requirements and skills Provide companionship and basic emotional support when needed. Experience as Home Health Aide or Provider preferred but not needed Employer willing to train. Caring and compassionate personality. Must be bilingual. Must be 18 years of age or older.
