About the Role Evening DSPs bring residents home from their day program, prepare dinner, assist with medication and hygiene, and support a calm, positive evening routine. You'll help maintain a warm household atmosphere where residents can unwind, learn, and participate in daily living activities. Shift Schedule 2:00 PM

• 10:00 PM Assists residents returning from the day program, prepares meals, and supports bedtime routines. Weekend availability is required, though schedules rotate so staff have regular weekends off. Overtime is not expected or standard practice. Responsibilities
• Assist residents returning home; ensure safe transport from day program.
• Prepare and serve dinner while supporting resident participation.
• Administer medications and document care accurately.
• Support personal hygiene, relaxation, and evening activities.
• Complete household tasks and maintain a clean environment.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with residents and teammates. Qualifications
• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
• Must complete or hold current CPR and First Aid certification (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility.
• Reliability, empathy, and alignment with SANT's mission.
• Prior experience in direct care is preferred but not required. Why Join SANT
