The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including medical offices, homes, emergency medicine, and memory care facilities. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Help with mobility by lifting or transferring patients as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively. Assist in the management of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as required. Skills Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Ability to lift and assist patients safely while adhering to safety protocols.
