While previous chiropractic or medical office experience is preferred, it is not required —we're happy to provide training for the right candidate. We're looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented , and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position plays a key role in supporting both our patients and our providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage patient flow throughout the office Assist patients with treatment therapies and first-visit intake procedures Scan and upload medical documentation into our electronic system Work closely with medical staff and providers to ensure efficient and supportive care Handle front desk tasks including: Check-in and check-out of patients Scheduling current and future appointments Answering phones and greeting patients Preparing patient folders for the next day Filing, document scanning, and data entry Maintain general office cleanliness and manage supply inventory
What We're Looking For:
A strong communicator who is confident, clear, and professional Someone who is self-led , proactive, and able to take initiative without constant direction A team player who is willing to support both the providers and fellow staff Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is a plus , but not required Clerical or administrative experience is helpful ( can be trained ) Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Compensation:
