Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care needs, including:

Personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, oral care, and skin and hair care

Helping with mobility and walking assistance

Support during meals and hydration

Assistance with dressing and personal appearance

Shaving and other routine grooming tasks

Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages according to client preferences and care instructions.

Perform care-related tasks as delegated and taught by a nurse, which may include:

Helping with ostomy appliance changes

Reinforcing existing dressings

Supporting prescribed range-of-motion exercises

Measuring and preparing specialized dietary plans

Recording vital signs

Applying external catheter devices

Provide light housekeeping services to help maintain a clean, safe home environment, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, linen changes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning. Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

At least six months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in a home care, healthcare, or residential care setting.

Successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant training program.

Current CPR certification is recommended.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding job-related instructions.

Valid driver's license and access to reliable, insured transportation.

Willingness to complete 30-40 hours of basic care training as required.
